Inexperienced Staff

We had an incredible stay at this adults-only hotel in Hanioti. The rooms and communal areas were beautiful, and the beach right in front of the hotel was stunning. The staff were so nice and helpful, making our experience even more memorable. And let's not forget about the delicious food - we enjoyed a variety of dishes and the flavors were simply outstanding. we had a fantastic time at Domes Noruz Kassandra, Halkidiki.

We were amazed by the hotel's location right on a private beach with crystal-clear water, which was the perfect spot to relax. The colorful surroundings and the beach's proximity to the hotel made it an extraordinary experience. The room was spacious and well-equipped with the best facilities. The staff's excellent service did not go unnoticed, especially regarding breakfast and room service, not to forget the breathtaking view from the balcony.

Considering the crowded swimming pool, finding the perfect spot to enjoy the water was a bit of a struggle.

The staff members were super friendly and attentive, ensuring a mind-blowing stay. The relaxed atmosphere and jaw-dropping cleanliness of the hotel made us feel at ease. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered an incredible variety of options, all of superb quality. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary flip flops and baseball cups for our beach adventures. The welcome gesture of champagne and fruits in our room was a lovely touch, as was the delicious Greek sweet biscuits given to us upon departure. The convenience of being within walking distance to restaurants and shops, combined with the hotel's beachfront location, met all our holiday criteria. The great DJ entertainment on Wednesdays and Fridays added to the fun atmosphere. The accommodating staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly enjoyable. The clean rooms with crisp white bedding provided a comfortable night's sleep, especially with the fantastic selection of pillows available. The delicious food served at the poolside restaurant had exceptional flavors that impressed us. The spa treatments, particularly the 60-minute massages, were a pure delight. We cannot thank the spa ladies enough for their EXCELLENT skills. our stay was an exceptional and memorable experience, and we are already planning our return next year.

This hotel is the perfect romantic escape. the sunset view from the balcony was breathtaking. cocktails were amazing and very reasonably priced. the hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to the town, and within walking distance of everything. the pool area was very picturesque and the attentive staff made us feel very special.

The only downside of this hotel was the breakfast buffet, which could have had more variety in the hot food section. the selection of pastries was not very extensive.

We loved the hotel's location, being very close to the city center and Chaniotis centre. It was convenient to have bars and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was abundant and satisfactory.
